Since 1992, The Doves Nest has thrived at the corner of Waxahachie’s historic town square in Ellis County. What began as a back-shop tearoom has evolved into a bustling restaurant and café, cherished for its warm hospitality and elevated Southern comfort food.
Today, Cindy & Andrew Burch welcome Mark & Stephanie Ashmore as co-owners, continuing the Doves Nest legacy with renewed passion and a commitment to community and quality.
